Herb Baked Ham Recipe

1 cup brown sugar
cup fine bread crumbs
cup wine vinegar
1 T dry mustard
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
tsp thyme
tsp marjoram
tsp ground cloves
1 bay leaf
1 whole ham
1 cup white wine or

Combine all ingredients except for bay leaf, ham, and wine; mix thoroughly. Place ham on bay leaf in roasting pan. Spread herb mixture over ham. Pour wine in bottom of pan; cover. Bake at 300 basting frequently until tender. (Minutes per pound depend on whether ham is pre-cooked or not and with or without a bone. Follow instructions with ham. Boneless ham gives about 4 servings per pound; bone-in ham gives 2 -3 per)
