1 cup short grain rice
2 cups water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, water and salt until water is dissolved. Then add the milk, sugar. Let sit on the stove until pudding is thick. Spoon into a bowl and add a little butter and cinnamon. (cream is optional)
