1 12 oz. package fettuccine Florentine, uncooked
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook pasta according to direction and drain. Keep warm.

2) In a medium pan over medium heat melt butter, and blend in cheese. Stir in whipping cream and milk. Heat to almost boiling, stirring constantly with a whisk.

3) Place the eggs in a small bowl and beat slightly. Stir a small amount of the hot cream mixture into the eggs, and then pour the eggs into the saucepan.

4) Cook over low heat, whisking constantly about 5 minutes, until thoroughly heated.

5) Stir in bacon and parsley and toss the sauce with the hot pasta. Serve immediately.
