22 gingersnaps, crushed
¼ cup butter, melted
3 T sugar
½ pint chocolate ice cream, softened
½ cup whipping cream
1 6oz pkg chocolate chips
¼ - ½ tsp vanilla
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together gingersnaps, butter and sugar. Pat into 9 inch pie pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
Spread chocolate ice cream over crust. Heat together the whipping cream, chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth. Pour sauce over the chocolate ice cream and freeze until hard. Spread vanilla ice cream over top of chocolate sauce. Freeze. Garnish with grated chocolate curls. Serves 6-8.
