3 T margarine or butter
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 ½ pounds mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
¾ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 T lemon juice
½ pound Swiss cheese, shredded
2 sticks of pie crust
1 T water
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine, add onion for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Cook 5 minutes. Drain off all juices. Roll ¾ of dough and place in 9 inch pie pan with 1 inch overhang. Cut the remainder of dough into strips (8-10) to cover the pie. Combine mushrooms and Swiss cheese and put into pie crust. Place strips on top and lattice top. Mix egg yolk and water; beat slightly and brush on pie crust. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6-8.
