1 T butter 1/3 cup green pepper 1/3 cup onion, chopped ¼ cup celery 1 7 ½ oz can crabmeat white cream sauce (a little more than 1 cup) 8 oz grated cheddar cheese 2 T lemon juice 4 English muffins 2 tomatoes
Mix white sauce and crabmeat. Sautee onion, green pepper, and celery in butter. Add to crabmeat mixture. Add cheese and lemon juice. Toast English muffins. Place one slice of tomato and a spoonful of mixture on each muffin half. Broil 8 minutes. Serves 4.
