3 cups diced turkey (or chicken)
2 cups celery, thinly sliced
½ cup slivered almonds
1 T butter
¼ cup pimento
1 cup mayonnaise
3 T lemon juice
2 T grated onion
salt and pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Gently boil celery for 4 minutes. Brown almonds lightly in butter. Cut pimento in narrow strips. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Mix turkey w/ mayonnaise blend. Add celery, almonds, and pimento. Put into 9x12 cake pan. Cover all with crushed potato chips. Bake at 300 for one hour.
