1 cup heavy cream
2 T confectioners sugar
6 ice cream sandwiches
2, 1.5 oz candy bars or ½ cup choco chips, or crushed up Oreos

Line 8 x 4 loaf pan with a piece of wax paper allowing paper to hang over both long sides so the cake can be removed from pan. In large bowl, beat cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. In bottom on loaf pan, arrange 3 of the sandwiches in a single layer, cutting them to fit as necessary. Spread half the whipped cream. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches and whipped cream. Sprinkle the top of the cake with preferred chopped topping (I like Snickers). Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour and up to 1 week. Hold both sides of wax paper and lift cake out of loaf pan and transfer to platter. Slice cake and serve.
