1 untreated cedar plank
½ cup of sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing (Kraft has a good one)
¼ cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup of finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 T vegetable oil
1 whole salmon fillet, about 1” thick, skin removed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak plank at least 4 hours or overnight. Preheat grill to med heat. Mix dressing, parsley, and tomatoes. Brush plank with oil and place salmon on plank and grill for 10 mins. Brush salmon with mixture and grill for another 10 mins. Serve off of plank.
I have made in oven on foil-lined baking sheet too.
