¼ cup mayo
2 T parmesan cheese
1/8 t ground red pepper
4 salmon fillets, about 5” each
2 t lemon juice
10 Ritz crackers, crushed up

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix mayo, cheese, pepper. Place salmon on foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice. Top with mayo mixture. Spread evenly to cover salmon. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake 12 to 15 min until salmon flakes easily.
