1 pouch (1.59 oz) BALL fruit Jell Freezer jam Pectin
1 cups sugar
4 cups crushed strawberries
Zest of 1 large lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pectin and sugar in large bowl and stir until well blended. Add crushed strawberries and lemon zest, stirring to combine. Continue stirring mixture for 3 minutes. Ladle jam into clean freezer jars (I just use the normal glass ones), leaving 1/2 headspace and apply lids. Let stand until thickened, about 30 mins. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to a year.
Make about 5, 8 oz jars
