Cajun Baked Shrimp Recipe

3 lbs uncooked large shrimp, unpeeled
¾ cup butter (1 ½ sticks)
1 ½ cups of Italian dressing
½ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup chopped fresh mint
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T hot pepper sauce (I like Frank’s) Add more if you would like to really spice it up
4 bay leaves, crumbled
2 t ground black pepper
1 t salt

Directions:

Place shrimp in 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk into butter the Italian dressing, lemon juice, mint, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, bay leaves, pepper, and salt. Cool sauce to room; mix into shrimp and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 3 tossing occasionally.
Preheat oven to 450 and bake shrimp until just opaque, about 15 mins and serve.
