1 lb fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute beans, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt in oil for 10 - 12 minutes or until beans are crisp tender.
