"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 beef or pork roast 1 Cookies BBQ sauce 1/2 cup water
Place your roast in crock pot for 8 hours with a lot of water so it doesn't dry out. When meat is easily torn apart take out and tear it in to smaller bits. Put back into crock pot with the full bottle of Cookies' BBQ Sauce. Add the 1/2 cup of water to keep it from drying out. Keep in crock pot for at least 4 more hours. Monitor so it stays moist. Serve hot on Lorraine's fresh buns.(or store bought if Lorraine doesn't make you any.)
