Ingredients:  
1 C. raw rice
3 scallions
1 bunch chives
pinch ginger
1/2 onion
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp (not canned)
1 c. mayonnaise
lemon juice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and cool. Chop scallions, onions and chives finely and add to rice. Add shrimp, ginger and mayonnaise. Season to taste with lemon juice. Refrigerate.
