1/2 c. wild rice 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 lb. bacon or ham 1/4 c. onion 2 cans cream of potato soup 1/2 can milk 1/2 can water 4 c. milk 2 1/2 c. Velveeta or American cheese Boil separately: Carrots Celery Potatoes
Cook wild rice 45 min drain and rinse. Boil vegetables and fry meats. When all done put all ingredients in 5 qt. pan. Add can of soup, water, and milk then 4 c. milk and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted.
