32 caramels 5 tbsp. Cream 1 c. flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 margarine 1 c. choc. chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Combine dry ingredients and margarine together. Put 2/3 mixture in bottom of 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Melt cream and caramels in a double boiler. Add choc. chips and chopped nuts on top of crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Pour on melted caramel. Bake 15-20 minutes.
