8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 chopped onion
1 can shrimp or crab
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
salt and pepper
dash of Tabasco sauce
chopped celery

Directions:

Mix together in a small bowl. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving with crackers.
