1 large can (1 2/3 c.) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk 2 c. sugar 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Combine carnation, sugar, and chocolate. in sauce pan over medium heat. bring to boil. Cook 5 min, stirring constantly (start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan.) remove from heat add 1 tsp. vanilla beat briskly until smooth.
