2 c. cooked chicken 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 10 oz. pkgs frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter melted
Cook broccoli, drain. Arrange in bottom of greased casserole. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine butter and bread crumbs (I use onion rings). Spread over cheese layer. Bake 30 min. @ 350º oven.
