6 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 egg
1 c. buttered crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain potatoes and slice thinly, layer in baking dish, sprinkling each layer with onion, parsley, salt & pepper.
Beat egg and combine with milk. Pour over potatoes.
Cover with crumbs. Bake 350 30 minutes.
