1 C applesauce
1 beaten egg
2 T melted butter
2 C flour
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 C chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine applesauce with beaten egg & melted butter. Sift together - flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, salt. Stir into applesauce mixture. Add chopped walnuts. Pour into greased 5 X 9 loaf pan. Bake 350 º for 45 minutes.
