2 boxes shell macaroni - Cooked 2 1/2 c. celery 1 c. shredded carrots 1/2 c. onion 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken 1 c. radishes-sliced 1 large cucumber-sliced & cutup 1 qt. of mayo 1/2 c. white vinegar 1 1/4 c. sugar shoestring potatoes
Mix chicken, onion, radishes, cucumber, celery, carrots, and macaroni together. Separately mix the mayo, sugar, and vinegar together. Pour over other ingredients and stir together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Add shoe string potatoes right before serving. .
