3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening 1 large egg 1 tsp. vinegar 5 tbsp. water
Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Beat together egg, vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture and stir with fork until well blended. Roll and bake or freeze. Makes 2 doubles or 4 single crusts.
