2 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. milk 1/2 stick margarine 1 lb. ground pork sausage
Mix together Bisquick, milk, and margarine to make dough. Knead. Roll dough to a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness and a 16x8 inch rectangle. Spread sausage on dough rectangle. Roll up. Refrigerate in wax paper for 1 hour or overnight. Slice about 1/2 inch thick and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º until lightly brown and sausage is cooked well.
