Ingredients:  
1 lb. Rotini macaroni
1 small onion, chopped
4 c. chopped celery
4 c. chopped carrots
5 hard boiled eggs (separated)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked rotini, onion, celery, carrot, and chopped egg whites. Pour dressing over all and let stand. Preferably overnight. Mix well before serving.

Dressing
5 hard cooked egg yolks
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whi[
1 c. sugar
1 T. mustard (Gulden's)
1 T. vinegar
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
