1 lb zucchini squash 4 eggs (beaten) 2 c milk or 1/2 & 1/2 cream 10 soda crackers (crumbled) salt & pepper (to taste) 1 c sharp cheddar cheese (greated)
Preheat oven to 325º. Generously butter 6 cup baking dish 3 inches deep. Combine all ingredients except cheese in large bowl and mix well. Transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until mixture is bubbly, about 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
