3 T.flour
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 (17oz.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on medium; add flour and sugar, stirring till smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat till thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in corn. Beat eggs well. Stir about 1/4th hot mix into eggs; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake 350 for 1 hour, uncovered.
