1/2 c. white Karo syrup
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. minced garlic

Mix all ingredients and marinate flank steak for 2-3 days (the longer, the better). You can cut back on the ingredients if you're only marinating 1 flank steak. Cook on the grill after marinating. Slice diagonally for serving.
