1 - French Baguette (sliced)
1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
1- English seedless Cucumber, very thinly sliced.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the cucumber in very thin, round slices using a vegetable slicer.

Using a mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon zest and dill.

Spread cream cheese mixture on bread slices, and top with cucumber slices.
