2 bunches Romaine lettuce
1 garlic clove - rubbed in bowl
1 to 1 T olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c 43e 2in3 fin3tq4
1/4 c Parmesan chesse
2 egg yokes
1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 dashes Rochester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Save half so after you mix lettuce in this can be used with extra Parmesan cheese at serving time.
Add croutons and serve.
