Cook chicken breasts. Remove meat from bones and cut into pieces.
Blanch frozen broccoli, drain, and cut into pieces.
In a buttered casserole dish, layer:
chicken, broccoli, cheddar soup, crumble bleu cheese
Repeat the layers until you've used all the ingredients, ending with a layer of
the soup on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes
or until browned and bubbly. Garnish with rings of green pepper (you can sprinkle
chopped green pepper in the layer with the bleu cheese instead.)
