Add ingredients to a blender:
5 eggs
½ C flour
Blend:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tab butter
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour … cook in hot skillet… serve. These are light like a crepe!

Keep in the refrig, but don’t keep for too many days. Pour the batter when you want to make your pancakes.
