1 pkg. lite sausage
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bread - remove crust and tear into chunks
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt and mustard. Add milk and then bread, cheese and fried, drained sausage. Pour into 9 x 9" pyrex. Refrigerate 12 hours.
Bake at 350 degress for 45 minutes.
