3 tbsp oil 4 tbsp flour
1 egg 4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk (any) 2 tbsp baking cocoa
splash vanilla extract
3 tbsp chocolate chips (or your favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
Place DRY ingredients into a microwave safe mug and mix well. Add WET ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour in milk, oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract and mix well.
Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 mins (1000 watts). The cake will rise over the top of the mug but don't be alarmed.
Allow to cool and tip out onto a plate if desired.
Eat!
