2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until crumbly. Pat bottom and sides of 9X13 pan. Bake 10 minutes 350 degrees.
Beat 6 egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add 2 cups sugar, 4 T flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 cup cream, Grated peel of 1 orange, 5 cups rhubarb. Pour over crust. Bake 60 minutes or longer at 350 degrees.
Top baked rhubarb with 6 egg whites and 12 T sugar. Beat and bake until brown. Just a few minutes.
