1 1/2- 2 lb ground chuck
1 pkg French's gravy
1/2 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped peppers
2 eggs
3/4 c bread crumbs

Gravy
1 pkg French's gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into loaf. Bake for 45 minutes.

Gravy
Mix additional package of French's gravy mix as directed on package. Pour over meatloaf and bake for 15 minutes.
