8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c salsa
2 tbsp green onion
1 tbsp sour cream
salt to taste
crushed red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs in half. Remove yoke and mix with all ingredients. Evenly fill whites. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
