2 1/2 c herb seasoned croutons
2 c sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
2 lb sausage
6 eggs
2 1/2 c milk
1 10 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp of dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Grease 8x8 baking dish. Arrange croutons in a single layer in bottom of dish. Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms over croutons. Cook sausage crumbling and brown. Drain sausage and place over cheese and mushrooms. Beat eggs, milk, soup and mustard. Pour over sausage. Bake approximately 1 1/2 hrs or until set
