8 oz pkg cream cheese
3 T mayo
1 t dijon mustard
1/2 c sour cream
2 T dry white wine
8 oz flaked crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, mayo, mustard in the top of a double boiler over simmering water
Stir until smooth
Add wine
Add crabmeat and blend
Season to taste with garlic salt and white pepper

Pour mixture into chafing dish and serve with crackers or mini pastry shells
