one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 can eagle brand milk 1/3 cup real lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla one baked 9" crumb crust already baked pie filling of your choice or eat plain
In medium size bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually stir in sweetened condensed milk until thoroughly blended. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours(over night is best.) Garnish with pie filling if using. Can also be put into tart shells after they are baked according to directions on pkg.
