1 c milk (I use 1/2 & 1/2 cream)
1/4 c flour
1/4 c butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
garlic salt to taste or any other spice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and whisk slowly until thickened. Serve over pasta or anything that you want a cream sauce on.
