8 beaten eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Grease or spray four, 4 inch ramekins. Use food processor to make crumbs of muffin. Beat with everything and divide among ramekins. Bake in a 350 F oven for 30 minutes.

Bacon or sausage is good with chopped onions and green peppers and a chopped jalapeņo. I serve mine with Albert Hot Sauce or Picante Sauce.
