3 or 4 pound corned beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 bay leaves
Prepared Mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 dash ground cloves.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the corned beef in a Dutch oven with juices and cover with cold water. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, until fork tender. Remove the corn beef and place in a shallow pan to glaze. Spread the fat side lightly with mustard. Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and cloves. Bake in a 350 F oven for 20 minutes.
