8 ounces Fusilli Pasta
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 - 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil or parsley
Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Fusilli, drain. Saute meat, garlic and red pepper for 3 to 4 minutes; or until brown, drain. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Add cream, simmer 2 minutes. Add Fusilli and basil or parsley, cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with Parmesan Cheese
