1 C elbow macaroni
1 LB. lean ground beef
1 C diced onions
1 clove garlic
1 (8oz)can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 /4 tsp pepper
1 C catsup
1 (8oz)can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 tsp Italian seasoning

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Saute the meat, until meat loses pink color then drain off fat. Add onion and garlic; cook until onions are tender. Add salt and pepper, tomato sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer gently about 5 minutes. Mix in the cooked macaroni and simmer again 5 minutes.
