1 can cream celery soup
½ C mayo
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp curry powder
2 C cubed cooked chicken
½ pkg (8oz) California Blend Mixed Vegetables
½ C grated cheese
¼ C melted butter
1 C crushed cornflakes
1 tsp parsley flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly blend soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder in 2 qt casserole. Stir in chicken and vegetables, spreading mixture evenly in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter, cornflakes and parsley flakes & top casserole with this mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
