1 # ground chuck/sirloin
1-4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T olive oil
1 can of your favorite marinara sauce (frankly, I think Prego Traditional is the best)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in olive oil, adding in some of the garlic. After draining meat fat, stir in marinara and rest of garlic. Cook on low-medium heat until sauce is boiling. Then reduce to low/simmer and cover. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Then can use as spaghetti sauce or lasagna sauce.
