1 # ground chuck/sirloin
1-4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T olive oil
1 8oz can tomato paste
1 can (2 C) tomatoes
C minced onion (dry or fresh)
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in olive oil, adding in some of the garlic & onions. After draining meat fat, stir in tomato paste, tomatoes, rest of garlic and onion, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook on low-medium heat until sauce is boiling. Then reduce to low/simmer and cover. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Then can use as spaghetti sauce or lasagna sauce.
