2 to 2 lb beef stew meat
2C potatoes, peeled and chunked
2C baby carrots
2C celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2T Minute Tapioca
1 10 oz can tomato soup
1C water
1tsp salt
tsp pepper
1T parsley
1tsp accent
tsp basil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 C red wine

Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9x13 baking pan or roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 3 hours. Can easily be cut in half.
